Along with design and maintenance, we also hold manufacturing within our reins and are EASA 21G Production approved. Our facility houses state of art machinery to ensure that our designs are never left behind due to lack of product availability on the open market.

We can offer our manufacturing service to organisations, individuals and military establishments.
We also offer a manufacturing service to clients where the design has already been commissioned and can use our non-aerospace manufacturing facilities when the customer requires an item for display or mock-up purposes only. This is often a more competitive option, especially when dealing with budgetary constraints.

On the rare occasion that we need to outsource, we have a broad base of tried and trusted suppliers to suit the majority of manufacturing tasks for the aviation industry. With the extensive use of 3D CAD data we can send manufacturing data electronically without the need for full engineering drawings which speeds up the quoting and manufacturing process. Complex parts are often cheaper when sent to a supplier with the software to convert the CAD data into machine code.

Any parts or assemblies to be manufactured IAW, our drawing packages are always supplied with JAA Form 1 release. We produce engineering drawings, as standard, for all aerospace parts to enable the full inspection and the release of parts produced.

Once parts or assemblies have been completed we can ship them no matter how big via our local packaging supplier, anywhere in the world. This ensures that they arrive at their destination in the same condition as they left in. We can also supply flight cases for role type equipment, to order, via this same supplier at a very competitive price.

We hold EASA 21G Production approval for:-
