Aerospace Design Facilities has a broad base of tried suppliers to suite the majority of the manufacturing tasks for the aviation industry. Any parts / assemblies to be manufactured IAW our drawing packages are always supplied with JAA Form 1 release.

With the extensive use of 3D CAD data we can send manufacturing data electronically without the need for full engineering drawings which speeds up the quoting / manufacturing process. Complex parts are often cheaper if sent to a supplier with the software to convert the CAD data into machine code.

We still have to produce engineering drawings for all aerospace parts to enable the full inspection and release of the parts.
We also use non aerospace manufacturing facilities who are sometimes more competitive when the customer requires an item for display or mock-up purposes only.

Once the parts / assemblies have been completed we can ship them no matter how big via a local packaging firm anywhere in the world to ensure that they arrive at their destination in the same state they left in.

We can also supply flight cases for role type equipment to order via this same supplier at a very competitive price.
