Job Title: 
Customer Services Planning Administrator:

Where aviation and design meet; we are highly experienced, established engineers that deliver bespoke design, manufacture and maintenance solutions to the Aerospace industry.  We provide solutions for fixed and rotary wing for both military and civilian aircraft, taking the client’s initial concept every step of the way, from design through to manufacture, certification and approval.

AS Aerospace are looking to recruit a Customer Services Planning Administrator to work closely with the Planning Manager and Customers.

Location:
Based at Denham Airfield, we are situated 8 Miles to the North of Heathrow Airport.

Job Description and responsibilities: 
The overarching role for the Planning Administrator is as follows:

  • Supporting the Planning Manager and the team in their daily duties and responsibilities
  • To be the main point of contact for Customers and Clients, regularly updating them on scheduled maintenance, timescales, costs and how the work is progressing.
  • Liaising with Management and Engineers to get up to date information to be able to Manage customer’s expectations and advise them of potential changes or additional costs.
  • Responsible for uploading data onto the in-house database, accurately and on a daily basis.
  • Creating work packs/project engineering instructions (this makes up a large portion of this role, due to substantial fleet of aircraft).
  • Monitoring on-going projects on a daily basis.
  • Customer & hangar floor liaison to ensure smooth running of the department.

Experience required:
Previously experience working within the Aviation industry and in particular, Planning, would be advantageous, along with experience dealing with VIP’s and High net worth individuals.

Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
